Social Media Content Creator
Social Media Content Creators work within a team to create content that stops a user’s thumb on Facebook, tells a brand’s story on YouTube, or gets users hooked on a brand with an amazing Instagram feed! As a Social Media Content Creator, you will work with a Senior Strategist, our clients, consumers, and influencers to create the best user experience online! This is a highly creative job that requires out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a high standard for visual content, and of course tons of creativity!

- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage original, high-quality content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth.
- Community Management: Foster a strong community by creating conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
- Online Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through social media channels. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
- Copywriting: Write engaging captions, posts, and other content that resonate with our clients’ audiences.
- Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights. Use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies are ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the strategists, designers, clients, consumers, and influencers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content and increase brand reach.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet many of the following qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. A strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a field with an emphasis on written or visual communication, or equivalent experience. Google or Facebook Certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn and use consumer-facing software, such as Hootsuite, MailChimp, Klavio, Zapier, etc.
- Customer Service: Experience in managing business client relations and customer service.
- Professionalism: A mind-set which emphasizes learning. We’ll teach you how to do awesome things, but it’s up to you to implement those skills and to get everything completed.
