Shortly after high school, Curtis Dauvin moved out west to Edmonton and then Vancouver, where he explored a variety of occupations and industries, from working in film and construction to restaurants and more. In 2018, he honed his creative skills by earning a Communication Design Essentials certificate from Emily Carr University/BCIT. This diverse career journey fueled his passion for understanding what makes businesses thrive.

Realizing his growing interest in business—particularly design, branding, strategy, and the impact of digital marketing—Curtis returned home to Saskatoon to pursue his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Edwards School of Business, majoring in Marketing. After completing his degree, Curtis joined OpenSail, where he continues to develop his skills and deepen his passion for digital marketing.

In his free time, Curtis enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing at the lake, snowboarding, working out, or trying new recipes in the kitchen. When it’s game time, you’ll find him cheering for his favourite sports teams (go Oilers!).
